Will you sell my product at Happy DSM? 

Thank you for your interest in collaborating with Happy DSM. Due to the demand of requests from local makers, I am now requiring all interested parties to complete this form. Thank you for your understanding. Please allow 7-10 business days for follow up. 

How will my gift be wrapped? 

You have options. Most of our gifts are packaged in a natural brown kraft box, wrapped in our signature colored yarn or ribbon and topped with a Happy sticker. You can also select specialty color combinations/bows etc.  Inside every box, the recipient will be greeted with bold colors and a custom happy card specific to the occasion. 

Do all items on the site come in a gift box? 

No. Individual items purchased through the Marketplace will ship in a standard eCommerce box or a padded shipping envelope. If you select Store Pickup for your marketplace items, your merchandise will be in a shopping bag.

What if I'm shipping my gift box and I want to include a greeting card or a gift tag?

We would be happy write a personal message on a tag or greeting card. You can select this option during checkout.

Do you provide packing slips or receipts in the gift box?

No. We will not include pricing or packing slips with the box because we are assuming it is a gift. You will receive an email receipt as documentation of your order. 

Can I add my own items to a gift box? 

If you have an item you would like to include in one of our pre-assembled boxes or a build-your-own box, we would be happy to accommodate you. Just email us at happyhq@happydsm.com.

Can I add wine or spirits to my gift box?

Local pickup customers can add wine and spirits to their gift box. IMPORTANT: Happy DSM cannot ship, sell or distribute alcohol. Please email Amy at happyhq@happydsm.com to discuss options for adding wine and spirits to your gift. 

What if I don't want my items in a gift box? 

No problem. Just leave a note during the checkout process. 

What happens when I create an account?

Customer accounts are optional. Creating an account will allow you to easily access your order history and current order status. On future orders, information such as your address will be pre-filled during checkout. We do not store your credit card information.

What is your shipping policy?

Can I pick up my order? 

Yes! We love local pickup! You can schedule your pickup time during checkout. 

What are your Happy HQ hours? 

Store hours are posted on the homepage of the website. 

How quickly can I pick up my package? 

I ask for 2 hours notice to prepare a package. If you need it faster, send me a message or call the shop at 515-360-3669.

What if I need my gift ASAP? 

We will do our best to try and accommodate you. Send an email to happyhq@happydsm.com and someone will reach out for details.

Can I ship to multiple locations? 

You will have to place separate orders if you plan to ship to multiple locations. 

How do you handle Returns & Exchanges? 

We sincerely hope you're happy with your purchase but understand that sometimes people change their minds or circumstances change. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange the item (in its original condition) within 14 days of the original purchase date. To complete your return, we require a receipt. If your item was shipped, the return request must be made within 14 days of the purchase. We will issue the refund minus the initial shipping cost.  Store/Online returns after 14 days will not be accepted.
